So I’m not the biggest waffles fan, I generally prefer pancakes. But my friend and I, we went to this trendy brunch spot in Paris called “Immersion”. We were so lucky, we got inside amongst the first ones; because it’s seen on TikTok and Instagram a lot, there’s so many people going there, usually the line is pretty long. Their specialty is waffles ! Even thought I wasn’t necessarily in the mood for expensive waffles, I still took them since it’s the house special.

And OMG ! Thank goodness I did ! The best waffles of my life… I decided for the red fruit ones, with maple syrup… my gosh, the yumminess, the softness, the incredible smell. I finished the whole plate. That’s something, I usually don’t. Not only did I finish the whole plate, but I wanted more. I have been dreaming about those waffles ever since, and it is a million percent worth the hype. So lovely ! I cannot wait to go back, and experience this breakfast again.
