Existential crisis 2.0
Hello… whoever’s left reading The Blog.
I really want to kickstart things this year with a wellness-centered site, where I can share my tips & tricks… but here’s the deal. I’ve been going through a major existential crisis, for the past couple of months. I honestly have no idea who I am, where I’m going, or if I want what I want. Also, is it worth it ?… so yeah, bear with me.
I’m coming back here because I obviously have not made another platform to express myself yet, so this is it. I have a feeling I will be remaining here until I sort things out in my mind. I for sure, don’t want to blog anymore, but also I don’t want to stay in this phase of not doing anything while I’m rethinking every single thing, over and over, in my current life. And also, what that means for me…
See where I’m going with this ? No ? Me neither, welcome to the club.
Let’s keep things the simplest way possible for now. I’ve been on some nice travels this past year, I haven’t shared much of it, but I have lots of cute and edited photos ready to be seen. For this month, I’m going to publish those… and for the next month ? Don’t quite ask me that yet, but we’ll get closer to my endgame goal, which is becoming some type of a health guru ! I know, I’m kinda not the right picture at the moment, but let’s make a deal and not tell anyone.
Listen guys, it seems like I’m here for the long run. I’ve been back & forth many times around, but what can I say. This is me.

I HAD YOU
Last night I had a dream that felt like a
memory. A glimpse of what could have been.
Crossed signals from another life.
Where instead of all of this, I had you.
And life was exquisitely simple. And we were
“You’re scared of the way I make you feel, because you don’t want to feel anything”
I left her,
Because I thought she could do better.
And now we’re apart,
Apart from each other’s arms.
What if I should have been
Better for her.

I’ve been trying out a bunch of different gyms. Getting healthier and stronger is my new prerogative. So far I have two big crushes :
Dynamo – which offers only cycling sessions – but they are so motivating, the teachers are just about incredible and the moves they make you do on the bikes are truly what your body & mind need to feel great !
Episod – where you can attend a bunch of different awesome classes, going from three types of Yoga (Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa), Pilates of course, Boxing, they also have Cycling, Athletic, Bootcamp, Masterclasses… even Rowing ! It’s intense, and always well guided.
Both these places have good products and they’re hassle-free. I’m addicted 😛
Exclusive artistic walk in the streets of Paris
My sisters & I signed up for this new surreal walk organized by Apple in partnership with the New Museum of New York. An experiment using augmented reality on iPhone and a pair of Beats, for an immersive audio-visual effect.
Six contemporary artists have created ephemeral works of art, you have Nick Cave, Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg, Cao Fei, John Giorno, Carsten Höller and Pippilotti Rist. We entered their fascinating, strange and even crazy worlds, and we got to see, hear and feel, what art means in a different way.
If you are lucky enough to be close to one of the six Apple Stores that offer this walk, which is still available until the 5th September, then absolutely go ahead and do it… it’s beautiful, incredible and inspiring.
