What a beautiful trip to the South of France I had ! My boyfriend surprised me with a visit to Cannes, on the French Riviera… oh my gosh, I was so excited. I’ve dreamed of going there for years : and I live in Paris, so it’s not like that complicated to get there, yet I never got to it.

I usually go in some other country for a vacation, and don’t consider my own, but oh my, France is so freaking pretty ! I’m definitely considering visiting other French places from now on. I really spent a wonderful time down there, and I also went to other cities like Grasse, Eze and Villefranche-sur-Mer.

I dived in the sea a bunch of times, and even though the water was cold, it was invigorating. I swam for hours, because the water is so good for my body. Just, magical times ! I wish we’d live there for sure ! In this post, I’m taking you on a little tour of Cannes, it’s where we stayed.
