An Italian restaurant filled with bottles !

My absolute favorite Italian restaurant !

I have already shared this place with you guys, but never reviewed it for my “Food” category (click to see all related posts). So here we go !

I actually celebrated my 32nd birthday there last year… my boyfriend made me discover this place the first time around, and we then became usuals. Whenever I craved some good Italian food, this was the place I wanted to be.

Not only is their food made from scratch every day, even the pasta is freshly made in the morning and not store-bought, but their Neapolitan-style pizzas are completely decadent. NB : You gotta eat them fast so they remain hot ! That’s the best way to have it.

I’m always in such a rush to get home so I can do absolutely nothing

Went out to my usual waffles spot !.. because I had a waffles craving 🤤

I brought my friend Guillaume this time. This place is such a fave, whether it’s family or friends, everyone I like ends up coming here with me at some point. But there’s literally no regret. It’s just so delicious and gorgeous, their waffles are light and decadent at the same time. What more could I ask for ? Ah yes, if they could only start taking Amex cards, because that’s the only annoying thing here.

My friend decided to add a granola bowl to his order, even though I warned him he might not have enough belly space for it 😆 he managed to finish it all though ! Blame it on how good the food is. I’m not gonna stop raving about it, matter of fact, I already wanna go back. Who am I taking next… 😘

Rating for this amazing brunch restaurant is a whopping 10 / 10 🤪

Brunch time at Cali Sisters !

I wanted to check out this place for a while, just because it says “Cali” in the name. I’m always very doubtful when I come across places in Paris that claim to have some LA-cuisine. It’s just never it. Same goes for LA, if you’re looking for a baguette, then don’t. Also, the main thing in LA is probably the service. They just have excellent service, you can’t say the same for Paris.

I went there with my friend on Sunday, we were lucky enough to get seated at the bar without a reservation. It said on their website they always keep a couple of tables for people without a booking, it turned out that wasn’t true… I didn’t think it would be that full, but it was. So I thought okay, it must be good then : it wasn’t really the case unfortunately.

A little stroll around Paris, back in the fall, when I could actually walk that much.

So because I’ve been confined at home, and my only outings are walks in the woods, I don’t really have much new content to share. But the good news is, I have a ton of old pictures that I’ve never shown online, and they are pretty cool to me, because they bring a lot of good memories.

In the meantime I’m able to go back on an actual vacation, I will be editing and posting my previous trips !

It will at least cheer me up, and fill this blog with much needed content.
