The best day to get free comics !

Today was “Free Comic Book Day”; I went to my favorite comic book shop Hi De Ho in Santa Monica to get mine. They also put a stash of vintage comics in front of the store, & if you searched well enough you could find some oldies dating from the 1970’s – which I did 😛

Got the latest Green Lantern : New Guardians (2011 – ) Annual #2, and #30 + Harley Quinn (2013 – ) #5

Found an old Battlestar Galactica #1 from the 1979 series, also Star Wars #2, #3 & #4 from 1977

Two collectible editions of Lady Death #1 (gold foil cover) and Purgatori #1 (red foil cover) from 1996

Superman #204 from 2004, cover by Jim Lee + Superman Krypton Chronicles #1, #2 & #3 from 1981

I’m going to the Los Angeles Comic Book and Sci-Fi tomorrow (yes, on Star Wars day 😀 ), I’ve got no time for a full comic book review. Hope y’all had good findings at comic book stores !
