Building the DeLorean 😛

This great piece is produced by CUUSOO, a Japanese partner of the Lego Group.

For those who haven’t heard of Lego Cuusoo yet, it’s this great website which allows
anyone to submit ideas that may be turned later into potential sets.

This Back to the Future DeLorean time machine is their fourth set made commercially available, & created by m.togami. In the package you’ll find a cool booklet, with production notes, images and details from the movies. Also, you can turn the box into storage for the car, it has been made for that purpose.

To me the best part is that you can customize the car to match the three different variants from the movies; really neat ! There’s two minifigurines of Marty MacFly with his skateboard and Doc Brown. I’m a big fan of this franchise and I gotta say I enjoyed a hell lot making this 😀
