Went out to my usual waffles spot !.. because I had a waffles craving 🤤
I brought my friend Guillaume this time. This place is such a fave, whether it’s family or friends, everyone I like ends up coming here with me at some point. But there’s literally no regret. It’s just so delicious and gorgeous, their waffles are light and decadent at the same time. What more could I ask for ? Ah yes, if they could only start taking Amex cards, because that’s the only annoying thing here.
My friend decided to add a granola bowl to his order, even though I warned him he might not have enough belly space for it 😆 he managed to finish it all though ! Blame it on how good the food is. I’m not gonna stop raving about it, matter of fact, I already wanna go back. Who am I taking next… 😘

Went back for a nice breakfast with my sister, she hadn’t been there yet. She discovered the waffle awesomeness they serve, and what a serve ! It’s decadent, but at the same time feels healthy ?!
I don’t know how they do it, but it’s yummy and fresh, and not heavy at all on the stomach, even though it’s made with gluten. I’m shocked to say this, but yes, it’s better than what you can find in the US.

So I’m not the biggest waffles fan, I generally prefer pancakes. But my friend and I, we went to this trendy brunch spot in Paris called “Immersion”. We were so lucky, we got inside amongst the first ones; because it’s seen on TikTok and Instagram a lot, there’s so many people going there, usually the line is pretty long. Their specialty is waffles ! Even thought I wasn’t necessarily in the mood for expensive waffles, I still took them since it’s the house special.
