L I G H T S
Last night I had a dream that felt like a
memory. A glimpse of what could have been.
Crossed signals from another life.
Where instead of all of this, I had you.
And life was exquisitely simple. And we were
desperately happy.

I’ve been trying out a bunch of different gyms. Getting healthier and stronger is my new prerogative. So far I have two big crushes :
Dynamo – which offers only cycling sessions – but they are so motivating, the teachers are just about incredible and the moves they make you do on the bikes are truly what your body & mind need to feel great !
Episod – where you can attend a bunch of different awesome classes, going from three types of Yoga (Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa), Pilates of course, Boxing, they also have Cycling, Athletic, Bootcamp, Masterclasses… even Rowing ! It’s intense, and always well guided.
Both these places have good products and they’re hassle-free. I’m addicted 😛

Exclusive artistic walk in the streets of Paris
![[AR]T experience with Today at Apple](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48553009091_1a8748f7b5_o.jpg)
My sisters & I signed up for this new surreal walk organized by Apple in partnership with the New Museum of New York. An experiment using augmented reality on iPhone and a pair of Beats, for an immersive audio-visual effect.
Six contemporary artists have created ephemeral works of art, you have Nick Cave, Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg, Cao Fei, John Giorno, Carsten Höller and Pippilotti Rist. We entered their fascinating, strange and even crazy worlds, and we got to see, hear and feel, what art means in a different way.
If you are lucky enough to be close to one of the six Apple Stores that offer this walk, which is still available until the 5th September, then absolutely go ahead and do it… it’s beautiful, incredible and inspiring.
If I had a life motto, it would be just that…

I keep seeing posts online of people being so excited about the next thing in their lives… they can’t wait for what happens next, and most of what they seem to be doing is wishing to be already then, but once it’s happening, it’s a blur because they’re still thinking about whatever happens after that…
It’s kind of exhausting and sad, in my opinion. There’s so many awesome moments that they’re not fully enjoying, and it’s like – just stop, because it’s worth it. I practice comfort & pleasure. I dwell in the little precious moments, and I love just being in the present. It makes me feel empowered and relaxed. There’s a beautiful inner happiness from doing that, so I encourage you to try it as well.
My boyfriend and I went to this amazing Israeli restaurant in Paris, named “Shouk” the food there is extravagantly tasty. In appearance simple, it’s actually elaborated in savor, a good cuisine that fills you up pretty neatly. Then we had coffee at “Craft”, cute spot.
