These are the movies that gave me the best chills, and got me into liking the horror genre. I am not a fan of gore at all, I just like good old fashioned 90’s / 00’s, scary type. The kind after you see it, you’re still creeped out in the real life… at least, for me it’s how it feels. I watch these two series marathon style, every time ! I am an absolute fan of Scream, so much that I even bought his costume and use it from time to time to scare my friends and family : and that face still works its magic and provokes good screams; I love the idea of Paranormal Activity so much, especially the way it’s filmed, it’s like close to what I have in mind for my short films in general.

The Blair Witch Project & Final Destination

The first time I saw Blair Witch, I was like “oh yes !” as if I was having an orgasm. It was just perfect, the idea, the filming of it all, everything… Final Destination is one of those movies that got me real creeped out in real life, so much that I became paranoid after watching it, checking out stuff and screaming to myself for no goddamn reason because I thought “that’s it, Death is coming for me !”I Know What You Did Last Summer & Urban Legend

The reason I started watching I Know What You Did Last Summer was obviously for Sarah Michelle Gellar, but that movie made me scream so high pitched that I scared my own parents. They wondered what was happening to me, and I was just like “well, you know… nothing, just watching a horror”. Urban Legend‘s great, the idea of some crazy murderer using urban legends as an inspiration to kill victims… super cool ! I adore it !

1 – I’m a Leicaist, I have been using Leica equipment (lens, camera) since 2010 🙂

2 – I don’t know how to cook… but now that I’m on the Paleo diet, I started to experiment some recipes and learn the basics of cooking.

3 – I don’t drive. I have never passed my driver’s license, I take public transportation and cabs most often. Friends & family offer to drive me around as well.

4 – Unlike most people doing it because it’s trendy, I really am gluten intolerant & it’s complicated sometimes when eating out, but I have no choice. If I don’t find any gluten free available, I starve; better that then getting sick.

5 – I don’t like staying in one place for more than three months. I like moving around, and by moving I mean going from one country to another.

6 – I switched from a gluten / lactose free, pescatarian diet to the Paleo diet. It’s a lot of new adjustments to get used to, but it’s doctor’s best recommended diet health-wise.

7 – I don’t work out. My life is too hectic, but it’s one of my wish (and 2015 resolution) to start working out. I used to dance and miss it, I want to take back dancing classes.

8 – My favorite skin / beauty / hair care brand is Kiehl’s. It’s natural, excellent quality, makes your skin looks healthier and I absolutely love their products !

9 – I mostly shop my clothes at Brandy Melville. Their slogan is “one size fits all” which is the raddest thing ever 😀 Almost everything in the store is a one size, but to be honest if you really want the clothes they are selling to fit you, you should be at least 5’5 tall and between a size 0 and max size 2. For me it’s perfect because I always struggle finding clothes fitting my XS size, and I don’t have to care about it when I shop at Brandy Melville : I just grab whatever I like !

10 – I am losing my mind because tomorrow The Avengers: Age of Ultron is finally released here in the U.S. I am going to the first screening in the morning, in IMAX 3D. I already got my ticket yesterday, with a middle seat 🙂 To prepare for it, my friend and I watched the first Avengers movie last night, and I was going insane… I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep tonight, I am over-excited about the morning 😛
