Palais de Tokyo

I’m a big fan of contemporary art, and this museum in Paris exhibits really cool artworks. They change the collections pretty often, which makes it one of my favorite spots to visit. I also like the urban look of the place, its industrial feeling is in my opinion very photogenic, especially when using a VHS “cam” to worsen the effect.

Snowing at the zoo !

Went to the Paris Zoological Park with my best friend Barbara, and it started to snow… the wind was blowing cold & my lens froze : it was extreme. It was definitively not a type of weather I’m used to experience when shooting pictures, I literally freaked out about my Leica when that problem happened, since I was totally not prepared to face something like that. For that matter, I didn’t manage to get many shots (and also, most of the animals were hiding 🙂 ) but thankfully, my camera is fine now.

Hello everyone !

It’s been a while since I have posted selfies on my blog… I’m a little camera shy, so it’s not something easy to pose in front of one, even though there’s usually no one else in the room but me. The camera can be quite intimidating. I should be used by now, I’ve been practicing to get over that uncomfortable feeling for years and I kinda manage for photoshoots to do it. But still, it’s not natural for me, and I have to focus on the “work” part to be able to make it happen. I’ll try and post more pictures & videos about me though 🙂

Tate Modern in London

Part of my “dailies” project, this VHS-style video was filmed last weekend, when I was visiting the Tate. There was interesting short movies being projected, I decided to make a compilation of some and share it here.
