It's so Kozy here !

Yummy brunch spot alert 🤗

Omg, I’ve wanted to try this place for quite some time, and I got to with my sister Dakota 🩷 she’s my ride or die, and we always have such good fun time together, so I couldn’t hope for better… except maybe if Naomi, my other sister, was here too, then that would have been perfect.

My sister went in for the pistachio pancakes, which were a limited seasonal item on the menu. She loved it so much, she finished everything right up. She got herself a matcha latte, while I got a caramel latte : I honestly can’t stand matcha lattes, I just always find them borderline nauseating 😂 I really don’t understand the hype, even though I love myself a traditional matcha tea, prepared in a bowl with just hot water.

Anyway, I got the fruit waffles : and they were huge ! I did not expect this size, I literally couldn’t finish. Probably ate at least half of it, and finished the fruits of course, before stopping. I would say it’s more than generous, but maybe not necessary to make such a huge waffle. I for sure will never reorder that item on their menu again by myself, because it’s just too big for me. This is something you share.

Nonetheless, everything was delicious ! And I had the best time, and the latte was super yummy, I didn’t even need to add extra sugar. Also the vibe is so cool, everyone speaks English and it’s close to Notre Dame, and my favorite library which is Shakespeare & Co.

Rating for this super brunch spot would be 8/10 ✨
It’s definitely a place you should try if you like yourself a good ol’ American style breakfast, but with a touch of “modern” since there’s pistachio and matcha and what not.

A little impromptu photoshoot with my friend Tamara. She took these beautiful portraits of me, after we ate some freaking good pancakes at Hollybelly. We’ve been to this spot before, and it’s a known place in Paris for American pancakes. Definitely a must-try.
