When I’m not feeling my best, I know I can always count on my sisters to cheer me up. We’ll do hangouts for fun, shopping sprees, restaurant dates, urban exploration or big ass vacay and even karaoke nights !… whatever we choose to do, it always brings good laughter and a high dose of craziness. We’re best friends and always there to support each other.

I didn’t have the best of days… I got a pretty severe anxiety attack at work this afternoon. Which was totally random, and I didn’t really know what was causing it, but the more I think about it & I realize it’s because of all the unnecessary pressure I am putting on my shoulders – I meditated to get me through it.

I love that I have people that believe in me, because at some point I stopped believing in myself, and that makes me sad… unfortunely some have what may seem like high expectations. I’m just trying my best, and I can’t be who I’m not. I know what makes me happy, and what doesn’t, and I don’t want to force myself to go against my spirits. Because that’s actually how you destroy yourself, and I’m in a healing process.

All I know is, I am getting back on my feet. You can’t imagine the feeling of sensing my being been born again. I just hope I will make some proud… sometimes I feel like you’re kinda the only ones who care about my journey, on this blog or whatever – and I need to thank you for that.

I prefer the world in my head, where magic exists and time does not.I went to this amazing contemporary museum in the north of Paris, the architect is Frank Gehry – they’re having the best exhibition I’ve ever been to, on Impressionism. They have these beautiful famous paintings, going from Renoir to Degas, Manet & Gauguin and so many more ! It’s a sight for sore eyes : I’ve only ever seen these works of arts in books before…

My boyfriend came along and he took those two pictures of me that you’ll see below; I really enjoy sharing a cultural moment with him, it truly is important to me as Art has always lifted my soul and spirit, and I feel blessed I can have that with him as well.

Hello, I’m getting back on tracks

Every time i want to read a new book, Netflix releases a new show.I’m trying to be more active by blogging and posting on social media, even though I just went through major anxiety issues for the past nine months… now that I feel stronger, I want to do the best I can because I owe it to myself after all. You’ve probably noticed I picked up Twitter, Instagram and even Snapchat again 🙂 well trust me, you’re gonna want more. I have a lot in store with what goes through my mind daily, and I’m ready to express it.

Zurich is a very artsy city, it’s agreeable to walk and see awesome graffitis on the walls and enter cool museums exhibiting modern artworks. It’s also become a gluten-free friendly place where you can find restaurants making delicious dishes, such as the amazing burger I got at B.GOOD.
