Hôtel Bourg Tibourg

Hôtel Bourg Tibourg

Secret Spot !

This is a very special place where my boyfriend and I love to get coffee when we’re in the area, or a nice glass of wine on some evenings. He was the one who introduced me to this cosy place.

I just love the vibe… the interior design is grand, in all the little details. They have mixed a couple of styles with chandeliers, vibrant colors, antique pieces. We feel at ease here, and it’s way nicer that any café because it feels private.

Rating for this magical space is 10 / 10 👑

There’s no place like home.

There’s no place like home.

I love being home !

Where we live it’s such a beautiful and magical place. We have the woods nearby, and a lake, and also a river down… we get to see people riding horses. It’s very French as well, in the sense that it’s a foodie town, so you can find all the necessary ingredients for cooking amazing dishes. The Farmer’s & Flowers market is stunning, definitely worth going out on a Saturday morning for.

My day-to-day life is actually pretty peaceful, and lovely. I romanticize it a lot, which is easy because the surroundings are quite poetic, and that’s why I absolutely hate getting out of my bubble. I get so much anxiety whenever I have to go to Paris, even though it’s like super close and I’m a Parisian-born. Being here feels like we’re away from that madness, it’s delightful 💗

“In Los Angeles, everything is 100% organic, except the people.” Kris Kidd

Decided to go check out the local Erewhon store to see what the hype was about… not worth it.

They definitely have good items, but I’m sorry I’m not paying 18$ a smoothie, nor 25$ for pasta sauce or yoghurt : like shut the f*ck up. No matter if I were a billionaire, this is just stupidly annoying. I left and went to Whole Foods instead, tons of organic choices for fair prices. Why would I care to pay more, for less ? This LA trend I do not agree with. Bye.
