I'm so glad I've met you, Los Angeles

This trip to LA made me realize that I have the potential of turning around my life if I want to. Not saying that it’s an easy task, but that it’s a possibility, if I want it. Knowing that gives me confidence, and hopefulness.

I definitely noticed that my skills were still intact, I still know how to write, draw, sing, make a video or edit pictures the way I feel them… I thought I’d lost that.

I need to figure out a way to stay in touch with me, while away from LA, because it’s gonna be tough to feel this good and enlightened when I’m back in Paris. Life is just so much different there, and I’m a truly LA girl at heart, so that’s harsh for me.

I have new limits I didn’t know about, that I can’t cross anymore. I’m looking forward to how I’m gonna re-invent a new life for myself, because that’s what I need in order to feel better.

“I love Los Angeles. I love Hollywood. They’re beautiful. Everybody’s plastic, but I love plastic. I want to be plastic.” Andy Warhol

Last sighting of the Hollywood sign for a while…

You can get this view from the Ovation Shopping Center, wasn’t about to leave without a stop there. I had such a good time in LA, but I ain’t coming back on my own unless I have business.

It’s much more fun to have a travel companion. Since I stayed at my bestie’s, but he’s an Angeleno, obviously wasn’t up for touristy things : which is why a travel buddy would have been cool. Next time, it’ll be more adventures !

I love going to Downtown LA, just because it has such a grungy feel to it. The big buildings, the dirt, all the people running different sides, and then there’s also some really cool & chill spots here and there.

It’s probably the one place that feels the least LA, so if you want to have an experience, like you’re in a different city, then that’s where you should go.

I have to admit that I go there mostly for the Grand Central Market, to Broad Street Oyster Co. but they have so many other good restaurants, it’s a must.

The power of Lightroom…
I’m finally starting to master how to use that software, which means it’s giving me life ! I’m clearly still far off from the looks I want to create, but it’s definitely opening up an artistic side to me, which makes me really excited.

People see me spending money and think I’m rich, bro I’m just irresponsible

People see me spending money and think I'm rich, bro I'm just irresponsible

The best view is from up above…
When I’m not up in the air, I miss the feeling of seeings things higher than the clouds can. I like looking down at the earth, our beautiful little planet it is… so tiny actually. And I’m even tinier, a dust really. But I get to experience so many different places, and emotions. How can that be nothing in the face of infinity, when my thoughts feel infinite already. I don’t understand what I’m made of really, but I do believe the saying that it’s stardust. I definitely feel the energy of a sun in place of my heart, especially when I’m not touching the ground.
