I am gonna take a week off blogging after this post 😊 I have some health issues I need to deal with, and I need to rest for the time being as well.
So here’s a reverse walk in Belgrade, when my best friend came to visit. Follow us from sunset to morning, while we explore this gorgeous city. Also wanted to share that my editing got better on Lightroom (on desktop), and I find it more practical and less time consuming. I use presets that I alter, and I definitely need to invest in some new ones, because I basically only have six so far. But they’re already giving great results !
A soft summer breeze is blowing, I’m hearing the leaves tickling each other and giggling with a distinct whistling, as if they are actually little human beings. Everything is alive in this forest, and I myself am part of it. I’m as human as the centenary tree in the middle of it all. I’m part of everything in this place, as much as they’re part of me.
My elvish skin is nourished by the sun rays, just like the flowers, and I blossom throughout the year in the same manner. I feel more connected to the ground I walk on, than the weird city lights I see being built in the far away. I wish they’ll stay that way. We don’t need artificial anything here, it’s already so full of life.
The power of Lightroom… I’m finally starting to master how to use that software, which means it’s giving me life ! I’m clearly still far off from the looks I want to create, but it’s definitely opening up an artistic side to me, which makes me really excited.
Last batch of portraits taken by my talented best friend Barbara ❤️
When I look at these pictures, so many wonderful memories come straight to my mind… all the laughter, beautiful moments, cool discoveries, and mostly crazy adventures that I share with her. She’s the Starsky to my Hutch, or maybe it’s the other way around, but anyway we’re like soul sisters. She’s my human. I always miss her so much, and I know whenever I get to see her it’s gonna be fun times. Can’t wait to go on yet another vacay with her ! Until then, enjoy this…
Hello guys 🙂 I have edited so many pictures lately, it would be a crime if I didn’t show any… so I decided to blog more often, but it won’t have any specific order. My mind can’t bother with sense anymore.
In this series of portraits, you get to take a look at my talented best friend, whom I adore. She came to see me in Serbia a couple months ago, and we had a blast. Best(ies) vacay ever ! This specific photoshoot is from the first morning actually. We had an amazing brunch at this hype restaurant by the Waterfront in Belgrade, named “Ambar”. Delicious and traditional Serbian foods, with a twist… ugh, our bellies were fulfilled. Highly recommend it, we started off our vacation in the best way possible.
